Pilling, Fuzzing Evaluation Cabinet

Fabrics can be assessed for pilling, fuzzing and matting using the Colimage PA Assessment Device.

Under the BN EN ISO 12945 standards, accurate pilling assessment can be achieved visually.

The Colimage PA has been developed to comply with all three parts of the BN EN ISO 12945 standards.

It is ideal for assessing pilling, fuzzing and matting in fabrics.

The Colimage PA has a compartment designed to fit the Martindale sample head, allowing the fabric to be assessed while it is attached to the head.

Colimage PA complies with EN ISO 12945;

• ICI Pilling and Fuzzing Test (BS 5811)

• Martindale Abrasion and Pilling Test (SN 198 525)

• Random Tumble Pilling Test (ASTM D 3512-96) methods.
